CLS Facility Services is a leader within the facility service industry providing clients with a variety of services including electrical, HVAC, lighting, energy management, and more. The company was founded in 1970, and was looking to refresh and modernize the overall look and feel of their website and brand. Before teaming up with Skoda Minotti Strategic Marketing, CLS’s website was very dated and did very little to explain the quality services that they provide to their clients.
The process began with a logo update which took a two-dimensional globe and turned it into a 3-D animated globe icon. This icon better illustrates the company’s three initiatives; PM Logic®, QC Logic® and CM Logic®. The three initiatives are displayed having the pieces emerge from one another to demonstrate their connectivity to the company’s success. The redesign of the logo streamlined into several other projects to help raise awareness to CLS’s new brand. These services included a tradeshow booth, a direct mail campaign, a PowerPoint template, stationary items and advertisements.
Next, we recreated www.CLSFacilityservices.com by updating the design to provide a refreshed, new look and feel that leveraged the new logo and icon. We helped CLS with the overall design and development of the site providing them with new art, copy and training on their content management system so they themselves could update information moving forward. The previous outdated site is now transformed into a modern and visually appealing online portal for visitors to obtain information, as it relates to their specific facility management needs and concerns.
CLS has been very satisfied with the recent upgrade projects. Skoda Minotti Strategic Marketing brought their logo to life on their new homepage and was able to display a modernized version of CLS’ logic/and brand story. We helped increase online search visibility and by implementing a content management system, gave them control of their site to make future additional changes when needed.
