Challenge

As Mazzella Lifting Technologies continued to grow into one of the largest and leading crane, hoists and engineered lifting device companies in the world, they needed a web site that matched their stature as a world leader. Their site, prior to the redesign, did not convey this image, nor did it provide easy and intuitive navigation, or drive what they believed to be the requisite amount of site traffic.

Solution

Skoda Minotti's web development team worked with Mazzella's President/Owner along with their product managers and sales staff to develop a web design that would capture their stature as an industry leader, while at the same time ensure that customers and prospective customers would be able to quickly and easily navigate their site in order to find information on Mazzella's vast array of products and services. Additionally, Skoda Minotti worked with Mazzella's team to develop a core list of keywords to drive traffic through our proprietary SEO process.

Results

As a part of this redesign, Skoda Minotti also executed a complete search engine optimization project for the web site. In addition to the improved design and navigation, search results improved dramatically. Search engine optimized copy began to be added to the site in January 2011.
